I have Default Page Layout set to Continuous - Facing, with Default Page Zoom set to Fit Width. When I opened a PDF, I couldn't scroll up/down. Instead the zoom factor just kept flicking between 108% and 109% when I clicked on the scrollbar. After playing with it for a bit, I discovered that changing the zoom level allowed made the scroll work. However, when it went back to 108/109%, it stopped working again.
To reproduce (preferably do on 24" widescreen WUXGA monitor, as the zoom levels may be different on different size monitors/resolutions),
1) Set Default Page Layout set to Continuous - Facing, with Default Page Zoom set to Fit Width.
2) Load a PDF from http://fullrecall.com/fullrecall_manual.pdf and maximise window
3) Adjust the Bookmarks toolbar width so that default zoom level is close to the boundary between 108% and 109%.
** Scroll should stop working. If it still works and zoom level is 108%, keep increasing the Bookmarks toolbar width by a single pixel and retry scroll each time. If it's 109%, keep reducing the Bookmarks toolbar width by a single pixel and retry. Eventually it will stop working when it hits the boundary between 108% and 109%.
