PDF XChange Viewer doesn't show the correct modified date!

I found an issue on PDF XChange Viewer's created and modified date module.

As a test,I download a Feature Comparison Chart from tracker-software.com. Open it separately with Adobe Reader and PDF XChange Viewer. I am in China, so it's UTC+8. Adobe Reader's file porperty shows created:2009/11/17 9:38:42 and modified:2009/11/18 15:18:48. PDF XChange Viewer's file info shows created:2009/11/18 1:38:42 and modified:2009/11/18 21:18:48. Then I open Additional Metadata looking for its matadata structure.Below http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/ ,it shows:

It seems PDF XChange Viewer did a good math work and the results shown at file info is correct.

So I edit the same PDF file, then open it with Adobe Reader and PDF XChange Viewer. Adobe Reader's file porperty shows created:2009/11/17 9:38:42 and modified:2010/3/26 16:56:59. PDF XChange Viewer's file info shows created:2009/11/18 1:38:42 and modified:2010/3/27 0:56:59.Below http://ns.adobe.com/xap/1.0/, it shows:

Actually,I edited and saved this file at 2010-03-26T16:56:59+08:00. PDF XChange Viewer transforms time in metadata structure to my time zone to display at file info, but ModifyDate is wrong! On the other hand, Adobe Reader shows the correct time. PDF XChange Viewer steals my precious 8 hours and I want it back! Thank you.

I just downloaded PDF-XChange Viewer version 2.050 and found this bug wasn't fixed!

just checked this out more thoroughly - and it seems we have fixed this already - if you are still having problems and the Viewer version in your 'About' Window is 100% for sure 2.050 - please could you supply a sample file and also a little more detail on how to reproduce this issue - so that we can investigate fiurther.

I download a new portable zip from your site. Create a pdf file named pdf_sample_original from OpenOffice.org 3.2 Writer. Give you guys some screenshots.

My PDF-XChange Viewer version. BTW, my OS is Windows 7 Ultimate simplified chinese edition.


I actually created the pdf file at 2010/4/24 15:55:18 UTC+8.


Just add some words in title area and save the pdf file renamed pdf_sample_edited. I modified and saved the pdf file at 2010/4/24 16:10:30 UTC+8.
