"typewriter text" cannot see or print in doc

To whom it may concern, I cannot see or print the "typewriter text" after saving document. If I open the doc and click the area where the text was it is there and comes back but will not print. When I email doc it does not print or show on their end. Any solutions to what I may be doing wrong.

have you seen this article: http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase/158 and checked the Print Options to Print "Document and MArkup"?
