We are really hoping to move our company off of Adobe Products to PDF-XChange Pro, but I'm running into an issue with filling out a secured PDF form.
Some of Texas Workmans Comp forms that we need to file do not render the same as in Adobe Reader. An example is: http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/forms/dwc/dwc001rpt.pdf
When we fill out this form, some fields, such as the phone numbers, use a font that does not fit the field in PDF-XChange Viewer and I can't figure out how to adjust it as it is a secured form.
When the users attempt this with Adobe Reader, the font appears smaller and looks "right".
I've tried it on the same XP machine so I know each app has access to the same fonts. My Win7 64-bit also has the same issue.
Is there a way to change or force the font formatting in a form field when the form is secured?
Thanks in advance
-Dennis
