PDFXViewer - No tool bars.

When I open PDFXViewer it opens but does not have any toolbars on top. I uninstalled and installed the latest version, but it's still the same. How do I restore the toolbars so I can suse PDFXViewer's functions? It's worked fine for a long time, but all of a sudden all I see is the viewer screen and no toolbars. The only thing at the top is the logo followed by PDF_XChange Viewer.
