Chinese fonts in pdf

I have a pdf that has Chinese symbols on it, but they do not show up in XChange Viewer. They do show up in Adobe Acrobat with the Chinese Simplified Fonts Support installed. How do you get them to show up in XChange Viewer so that I don't have to use Adobe Acrobat.

having seen it - I see no problem - so I am 99.99% sure - updating to the latest release will resolve - a full uninstall/restart and then install is reccomended - as you have quite an old release.

Yes, this worked. I had to uninstall the current version, download, and install the latest version. Everytime I tried to use the check for updates feature, it would finish prematurely during the update, never truly updating the product.

Pleasure Kirk, pleased all is well and you should not have future probelms with the update option as this was improved inlater releases and is far more reliable now.
