missing content in pdf

Post by snow0815 »

Got a problem with XChange Viewer not properly displaying this document: PCGZine 41 (http://www.gamerzines.com/downloads/mag ... ine_41.pdf)

Multimedia and interactive content isn't working or displaying at all:

None of the videos work, the controls for them are displayed but not clickable, (ex. p. 3, 5, 7, 9 etc), hovering over the "enhanced" element of the videos displays an action pointer and the caption but clicking still does nothing.

Dynamic content boxes are blank (p. 36).

Lots of weblinks aren't clickable (p. 41, 42, 52 etc.)

With Adobe Acrobat you are asked about multrimedia content when opening the document, XChange never goves you that choice and evidently defaults to "no". See page 37.

Hi,

We do not currently support multimedia content (Video/Sound/3D) our focus has been on other functionality to this point - We will progressively add this functionality in the coming months - as Version 3 is released and updated.

Thanks for your patience.
