Hello Al,
There is no direct way using our tools,
but what I can offer you to try is the following:
Use our PDF Tools to convert the PDF to .rtf and then use word to open it.
Then when you have an office document (I don't know if it's possible - just guessing here) you might find it easier to convert that to a PowerPoint Presentation.
