Getting 'No page selected' in preview pane of print window

I am getting 'No pages selected' in the preview pane of the print window. No matter what option I click, I never get it to print any PDF file. Any idea what I am doing wrong here? I don't have this issue with Foxit Reader.

I just installed the latest version of PDF-XChange viewer, v2.0 build 50 for the first time. I am on a Windows7 32bit Ultimate.

Did you type in a page range? e.g. 1-10

Of course. Whether I select All, Current page, Current view or a page range, it never display a preview and the PRINT button stays grey out.

What about document permissions? Is printing allowed?

A link to the file would help, or zip it and attach it. If its private, send it to tracker support.

Well the properties of the files all show Printing is allowed. But see by yourself.

Sometimes we do get such reports about such problems, but we still cannot reproduce it on our side.

In the new build of the viewer (which should be available in a few days) the problem will not be fixed, but we will add more sophisticated error logging and error-info on the print dialog, which should allows us to solve the problem once and for all.

So, please come back when you will have build 51 using the option: Help -> Report a Problem and we will pursue further at that point.

Unable to reproduce here either. The only way is to type an invalid page number such as "11" or "a"
