Crashes when I am trying to print.

I am working on a big project consisting of converting thousands of word and excel documents to pdf. I like using this tool as it is generally fast at converting to pdf. I choose print and the entire workbook, it will usually print the first page and then the status bar stays at the bottom of the screen like it is waiting for the save box. I have noticed that it prints some workbooks in sections so it usually wants to know where to save the next section. This save box does not appear. I have to close the program and start over. If it freezes again I would select each worksheet individually and print.

I moved this to the print Drivers forum as I think that is what you are using here. Can I ask if you are using the File --> Print --> PDF-XChange method to print or the Office Addin Tool bar Icon to create these PDFs?

We are going to need some detailed information on your system and environment. The best way to get this to us is if you have PDF-XChange Viewer installed to use Help --> Report a Problem . This will launch your default email client and compose an email to pdfxview@tracker-software.com.

Please be sure to include the 4 default attachments. Can you also attach a sample Excel and Word file that exhibits the issue. In the body of this email can you detail the versions of Excel and Word you are using and if your system is 64 or 32 bit.

Once we receive these details we will investigate,

as we discussed in email I have posted here for the benefit of anyone reading this post:

The problem is with the way that Excel sends the print job. Take a look at this article https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... single-PDF it explains what is happening and what I did to 'correct' this.
