Scale ratio used in measuring tools

Dear All,
I am new to PDF-XChange. I wish to modify the scale ratio used in measuring tools. The default ratio is 1" = 1m. For example, I wish to show exact dimension so that the ratio would like 1" = 1" Is it possible?

Any comment?

Set the scale on the Properties toolbar after selecting the distance tool, and before starting to draw a line.
