Adobe Reader doesn't print some annotations

Adobe Reader doesn't print some annotations

I have a few instances where customers are able to display pdf files created with PDF-XChange Viewer but when they print them using Adobe Reader, some stamps or lines inserted with PDF-XChange Viewer will not print. They show on the monitor, though.

Any help?

In the 'Print' options - do they have 'Document and Markups' selected ?
