does not warn that it does not support flash material

PDF Xchange does not seem to support the embedded adobe flash media material that we get in some pdfs. That's ok, they're rare and adobe reader does this. My only problem is that it doesn't warn that the file contains this (adobe reader does and asks you if you want to trust it), and just shows a blank page. Can you fix this so that it states that the file contains an unsupported adobe flash content and should be opened with adobe reader?

firstly let me apologize for not answering this sooner. We are planning more support in v.3 of the Viewer due for release late summer. We've also noted your request to have some form of notification that a PDF contains content of a format we don't support. Maybe something like this can be added to v.3

this is just a heads up to let you know that we will be adding notifications for when we open files types we don't support. This will be available in version 3 of the Viewer.

Hello,

I'm exporting some mind maps to pdf from mindjet and they require flash support in the pdf viewer. I found this old thread and it mentions that ver 3 of the viewer will support flash. As of now we're still on ver 2.5.

Is there any update to embedded flash support inside pdf x-change viewer?

However 3rd party content support is still something that needs to be worked on.
