Hello,

I just purchased PDF Exchange 4.0 Pro this morning off of the tracker software website. I'm running it with Microsoft Office 2010, on a Windows XP computer.

I started with a trial version this morning, and then I purchased the "Pro" version later this morning. I carefully followed the instructions for how to put in my "serial number" on the program. However, every .pdf I make still displays the stamp at the top of each page saying "Click here to buy now", which makes the .pdfs basically useless to me.

I urgently need to make a professional .pdf with bookmarks, which is why I purchased this program this morning, and I hope that somebody can help me with this as soon as possible.

Please email support@pdf-xchange.com with your serial number - please do not post it here as this is an open forum

Could it be that you actually purchased PDF-XChange Viewer PRO and not PDF-XChange PRO - the former of course cannot in itself create new PDF files from Office documents - because it is a Viewer - not a creation tool - though we do offer as a free item PDF-XChange Lite for making PDF files from any Windows application to Viewer PRO licensed users - see here :

Though do note the Lite version does not come with the enhanced MS office integration that the PDF-XChange Standard or PRO versions office - for his you would have to log in to your account and upgrade to one of the suggested 2 enhanced products.
