Add Form Fields

Post by Geno »

Hello everyone...
I'm new to PDF-XChange because I'm looking for an alternative to Acrobat. It appears PDF-XChange is very cool set of tools and might just work for me.

I'm trying to create Textboxes and Checkboxes in PDF documents that allow other people to type and print. I see how to create the Textboxes but I'm not seeing anything like a Checkbox.

Thank you in advance for any insight on Checkboxes.

Hello Geno,

The current version of our products does not allow direct form creation and manipulation.

We are able to convert web forms created in Word 2003:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... e-PDF-form
but are not yet able to directly modify an existing document to add/edit forms straight inside the PDF.

This is a feature that is planned for a later version of our viewer - "PDF XChange Viewer 2011".

Regards,
Stefan
