I have a fairly straight forward question I'm hoping you can help me with. I have PDF Exchange Viewr Pro V2 (build 54). Looking at previous posts regarding dynamic stamps, have I understood correctly, that at the moment the creation of dynamic stamps will not be possible (until v3), and I would only have access to other dynamic stamps if I have them in another PDF application (which I don't ).
Assuming I am correct in the above statement, could you please answer 2 further questions for me
1. Do you have a ship date for V3 at the moment?
2. When I am able to create dynamic stamps, would I be able to create a stamp for example that has my signature and can incorporate a date/time on the same stamp?
thanks for the question. You are right that the new version is planned to include a tool to be used for creating dynamic stamps. Yes you will be able to make one that will incorporate an image and the current date/time.
As to a release date, well things have had to be pushed back a bit from our earlier intention of the end of summer. The best I can say right now is "later this year". I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but it is imperative that we have everything be to the highest standard when we release. The last thing we want to do is rush a release that is not ready.
Best regards

Thanks Paul, I quite agree, better to wait for solid release than go for an early flaky version. Will you send out emails to existing customers to let them know of it's release, or is there somewhere I can register to get a heads up?
Yes we have means for mass e-mailing and while we use them very rarely, the next major release would certainly be on the list of announcements!
So as long as you have an account on our website, and have subscribed for the newsletter we will do inform you when the new version is here.
