I am a registered, paid-up customer and have been using PDF Xchange and Tools for years without a hitch.
Now the Viewer freezes ALL the time. It hangs when saving pdfs in IE, I can’t terminate the process ever, I can’t save edited pdfs outside the browser, I am endlessly having to reboot after crashes.
I have the latest version. The only recent new software is Kaspersky Internet Security 2011. Is that the problem, and if so why? When I pause protection I still get the problem.
What’s happened? How do I fix it or do I have to stop using your products?

Yes Kaspersky Internet Security is most likely the reason, and while we are trying to get in touch with them, and resolve this issue, please have a look at this topic for a solution.
They are suspecting our Viewer due to the high number of registry entries our applications make, although we guarantee that there are no viruses, spyware or any other malicious "insects" in our products.
