Tile windows

I have the pro version, and all the tile window options are greyed out. Has this feature just not been implemented yet? It would be really nice to compare 2 files side by side in the same session.

Hi TMiB03,

tiled windows and tabs are mutually exclusive. Have you turned off tabs yet?

Edit --> Preferences --> General --> Documents Layout --> Tabbed Documents [uncheck]

Tile and cascade will then be available when multiple documents are open.

what is the likelihood of getting them independent of each other? It would be really nice to be able to use both. I dont know how familiar you are with Notepad ++ but it has the ability to have tabbed documents, but you can also move a document to "another view" meaning that they are able to be compared side by side.
