Cant print PDF

Hi,

I cant print this PDF (Viewer 2.0 Build 54) - this is a B&W scan. The same happens with the same kind of PDFs from other systems (this means it is not a scanner or MFP specific problem).
I tried it with Adobe Reader 9.3 and it works

Please use the Help -> Report a problem feature in the Viewer, as it will provide some non-personal information about your machine, as well as a list of the installed printers - it matters which is the printer you are trying to print to, so please do specify this in the report description, and we will look into this case.

enclosed the requested information

I used the this report description for another problem a few days ago and sent it via e-mail (as suggested), but I didnt get any reply - even though I sent the mail again.
I have added this information now in the second zip file - here the problem description
In the file grieslig_1.pdf you can see the problem on the first page (dark grey background) in the other file it’s on page 5).
Acrobat does it ok
the PDF comes a from a customer where we faced the problem the first time.

That's strange that you didn't receive an answer as I can see Paul did send you a couple of e-mails.

I did create a ticket for the new issue (#480) and Paul did create one for the grey backgrounds as well:

They are both flagged as "will be investigated and fixed" by the dev team, and I will send you an e-mail, as well will post here when they report that the issues are in fact fixed and the build in which they would be included.

I just had a word with the dev guys and they told me that those fixes are planned for version 2.5 - which should be released soon, and I should have more info on those two tickets tomorrow.
