My PDF-Xchange viewer is 2.056 portable.The "Open containing folder" function was perfect and worked normally before, but it doesn't work right now.After clicking it, there is not any response,what the problem can it be? My OS is Vista Business 32bit SP2.Thanks in advance.
PS:I'm sure some settings in vista has stop the "open containing folder" function running, but I can't find it out.Besides,other software with "open containing folder" function like foobar2000,Acrobat(ctrl+D--location) does work properly.

We did a few tests on both XP and Vista, and I am afraid that we were not able to reproduce the issue.
The Containing folders are always opened correctly.
Is it that you have loaded an external file (e.g. from an URL) that you tried to use the "open containing folder" on?
Also if you have another machine can you please test with the exactly same portable Viewer (copy the whole folder), and then with a fresh copy, to see whether the problem is in a broken file in that folder, or there is something wrong with that particular PC.
