Commenting is no more allowed after saving

Hello,

I have a problem with PDF-XChange Viewer when saving documents with commenting allowed.

Here are the steps:
1) I take a pdf document with commenting allowed and open it in Adobe Reader to check its security properties. We can see that commenting is indeed allowed :



2) Open the pdf document with PDF-XChange Viewer
2) Add a comment
3) Save the document
4) Open the document with Adobe reader -> No comments can be added anymore in Adobe reader. Indeed if we look at the security properties:



In PDF-XChange Viewer, comments can still be added and it shows:


This is not normal! If I send the document to someone using Adobe reader he cannot add comments anymore
Futhermore it is strange to see every security property allowed in PDF-XChange Viewer... Something looks wrong there.

Sorry, but commenting files using Adobe Reader is Adobe-specific featue. Adobe Reader allow commenting only if document is digitally signed using their own certificate. So document must be created using one of Adobe products with special permissions set. Documents created (or modified) using any third-party tools cannot be changed in Reader. You have modified document using Viewer - permissions gone. If you wish you may ask Adobe why they do this in such way - for now we can change nothing.

and can use it to make comments just as easy
(if not even easier) than with Adobe
