Pdf-Xchange Viewer Pro issue

I have a user with Pdf-Xchange Viewer Pro but when she try to do anything from a saved pdf, it is using Pdf-Xchange viewer Free. Please advice.

Hi hogs,

the free and Pro versions are really one and the same, the difference being the presence or absence of a serial key to unlock the Pro features. Please take a look at this article which explains the most common reasons you might see this.: http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase ... r-products

If after reading this you still cannot get your Viewer to operate in Pro or licensed mode please email support@pdf-xchange.com with your order number and/or serial key and we will provide you with customized instructions on how to get your software working correctly.

Please do not post the serial or order number on this forum as it is public and we'd have to then disable your key. support@pdf-xchange.com is the right place for that.
