I recieved an word document that has embedded pdf's in it. They won't open with only pdf xchange viewer installed, but they will open with adobe professional installed. Can I get them to open somehow with pdf xchange too?
I am using 2.0 (build 55.0) viewer with windows xp sp3. We are using Word 2007.
See attachment for the doc file.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
The problem is that the objects embedded in Word are searching for a specific application to load the file - in this case Adobe Reader.
I am afraid that this is hard coded in the word document, and we can not help in any way, as it's not looking for the default application for opening PDF files, but rather for "this and only this" application.
