Problems with PDF-XChange 4 PRO + Vewer PRO

I bought PDF-XChange 4 PRO, according to its bid must include Viewer PRO, but it have options that are not enabled
¿Which is the explanation?

Could you please explain in a bit more details what do you mean by "options that are not enabled"?
