"free Tools"

Hi,

My software has shown an icon for obtain Creation tools for free. But when I follow the directions I don't have a "free" discount option for it...Is something wrong? Or, how do I obtain this?

This does not say the PDF Creation tools would be free
Although I would advise you to check these offers.

Oh, you are correct.

But, when I followed the link to the instructions I saw this:
STEP 4: CLICK "Get free serial"
and thought that it was talking about the tools - which is what I had gone there for...

Hi CAS,

The "Get Free Serial" step is for people who already have a Viewer License and are not home users - they can still get a license for the Lite driver as a bonus to their Viewer purchase.

Still the Free Viewer and if you are a home user the Lite printing driver should provide quite an extensive set of features for a free product - the rest of our products we require you to obtain a license to be able to use them without the "DEMO" stamps
