Hello. I had PDF-Xchange Viewer free version and purchased and installed PDF-XChange PRO
Single User License. When I launch the Viewer it still opens the free version (as I see in the openinig panel) .
Does PDF-XChange PRO include Viewer pro? If positive what is wrong in my installation? Thank you for your help

there is only one installer for both free and licensed usage. The difference is entirely in the presence/absence of a valid license key in the program preferences. Take a look at this article on the subject: http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase ... r-products or this one http://www.docu-track.com/knowledgebase ... nge-Viewer for details on the most common reasons this happens.
I would suggest that this is most simply resolved by adding your serial key into the currently installed Viewer as per this video: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product ... &width=640
If you would like customized instructions for 'repairing' your Viewer installation from scratch send the serial to us at support@pdf-xchange.com and I can send them. (do not post your serial key on this forum because it is public and we'd then need to disable your serial to prevent unauthorized usage)
