Hi I submitted an issue using the Help - Support a Problem menu item in PDF XChange Viewer on Sunday but as yet not received any reply.
What is the best way forward to progress the issue?

Hi again Col,
I sent you a reply by email, the file is both previewing and printing to my Canon through Vista. I may need to recreate your environment, Win7 etc and the screen shot I asked for in the email will help.
