trouble Bookmarks

Hello

My name is Damian
I am from Polad
I often use pdf x-change viewer
but some files incorrectly display bookmarks
only Adobe Reader displays correctly, but i do not want use adobe.
tab displays the wrong language - china, should be in Polish
Help me please

Text in bookmarks contains Unicode string which contains Chinese characters. If swap bytes in these strings, we will have correct Polish text.
Looks like creator made these bookmarks wrong. Can you say us which tool did you use to create bookmarks in this file ?

P.S. I don't know why Acrobat ignores unicode prefix contained in these strings, and shows text correctly in this case.

I bought the newspaper in such form.
Pdf-tools showed a tool Adobe Photoshop for Windows then optimization file.
I have a lot of these newspapers, this is a lot of technical knowledge
I do not know anything more
which tools to use to remake?
