Failing to print changes

Post by cafc7 »

I've edited a document with the Typewriter Tool, and successfully saved it. However, when I tried to print that page, the changes don't appear in the print preview, nor in the print. The same happens when I use a Stamp, and I've tried it with several printers. I've since tried a couple of documents with the same result, and, yes, their properties do allow changing the document.

Is this because I'm using the free version of PDF-XChange Viewer? I had version 2.0, and I've updated, in case that cured it, but the same happens with 2.5.(Build 188).

Hi cafc7,

It's an option in the Print dialog for the Viewer.

When you click File->Print, at the bottom there is a section called Print Options, make sure the Print: options is set to Document and Markup or Document and Stamps, if you want to print popups and notes as well, click the Advanced button and check Print Notes and Popups.

If we can assist you further, please get back to us.

Best,
Chris
