1. Why is the forum so hard to use? It has take me an age to find "New Topic". This should be a big friendly button when you first get into the forum. Forums such as these are run by nerds for nerds no wonder regular Joes have no chance of finding out what to do.
2. I bought a copy of PDF-XChange Viewer PRO. This came with an offer for a free version of PDF-XChange 4 Lite. When I took up the offer it converted my Viewer PRO into the free version and I have had to mess about unistalling everything and then installing the PRO version again. As you can imagine I was not impressed and will not be bothering with this free offer again.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues using the forum. While I can understand your frustration you should know that they are based on popular forums layouts and use a standard template and the New Topic button should not be hidden:
A polite expression of your frustration is going to get more responses and help than very strong language. Many of the people who post here are volunteers and are more motivated to help those who show that have done a bit of work to find the answer before askin for help.
As for the free Lite offer - the Lite serial you have received is for another product and you should not have used it in your Viewer.
To ensure everything is fine for you in the future do follow these simple steps:
1) Download the Viewer from here
2) Extract the file, and start the installation process. When asked enter your PVP20- serial number
3) Download the PDF-XChange 4 Lite printing driver from here
4) Extract the file, and start the installation process. When asked enter your PXL40- serial number.
Please DO NOT post your actual keys in these forums as we will then need to deactivate them
