last session restore issue

Post by lucianmarian »

The problem I am experiencing is this. Whenever I close down the Viewer and start it up again the next time, it opens with a session which is not the last working session, though <restore last session< is enabled, as is < last page display>. It is a previous session, although other documents have been opened in the meantime and added to that previous session. Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks.

Can you confirm that you are using the latest build (from the 'Help -> About' Window) and also your version of Windows ?

Thanks

I run Windows Vista Home Premium and yes, I use build 57.0. I can' understand why I am experiencing this. Can you point me in any direction ?

The latest build is now 2.5.189 — try check for updates.

Will it change anything if I update to the latest build ? This means closing the Viewer down and losing all the displayed documents and manually opening them up again ...

I don't believe it will affect your settings to use Help->Check For Updates.
