One of our client is using Tracker PDFCXView.exe file (2.0.0057.0000) . Printing to the HP LaserJet 4300 (PCL 6; Driver Ver.: 60.51.501.32) would not even appear in the print spooler queue. We tried both IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) and TCP/IP printer port (IP address to standard TCP/IP printing port) and both failed to put anything in the queue.
There was NO ISSUE printing to the HP through IPP or TCP/IP directly when we tried Tracker PDFCXView.exe file (2.0.0042.0004)

Can they possibly test with the latest build 2.5.189 (or wait a few hours and test with build 190) - as 57 is a few builds behind and this could have been fixed since.
