White-on-Black does NOT print correctly

If you display the attached file with the latest version of PDF-XChange Viewer as well as Adobe Reader, both show the file properly on the screen. BUT PDF-XChange Viewer does NOT print the white-on-black correctly. The white lettering is blacked out and not readable. I am printing to a Xerox Phaser 8560. Adobe Reader prints this file correctly.

I hope that a solution can be found.
