line on my Doc

Post by Quikdog »

When I view my document it has 6 blank lines drawn thru my document. 1 vertical and 2 horizontal, I am taking a page from a catalog run it through a PDF creator ( I have used Bullzip and PDF Creator). When the document comes up it has the lines. Is this to stop me making copies or a setting issue? Different viewer makes no difference, nor does changing the PDF creator program change the results.
Thanks for your help. A sample of my problem would be attached but but the extensions I tried are not allowed. (PNG, DOC, TiFF, Jpeg, Gif) which way do you want it?

Hello Quikdog,

A screenshot and a sample pdf would be most helpful, but you will need to wrap them in an archive (e.g. .zip)
Also please do check whether you are using the latest build of our Viewer 2.5.190, and if not update:

DIdn't think of that one (zip). I'm am up to date and the sample is attached. The more I look into this I think it maybe a copyright protection device, but let me know what you think

Thanks!

Hello Quikdog,

I deleted the duplicate post, and as for your sample, those is not the lines I was expecting :)

You could be right that it is some sort of security restriction in the PDF creation software, but if you can attach a sample PDF file as well, we will be able to tell more.

Best,
Stefan
