Overrive Colors not Working

If xchange viewer will not allow document override colors - using a custom color for background - what does that mean? How do I fix it? Im trying to set the document color from pure white to a light gray.

Can you provide us with a sample file you have trouble with.
Please wrap the file into archive (zip, Rar, 7z etc) before posting here
