Do you annotate lots of files?

I'm sure there are lots of students here who annotate hoard of PDF files with this great software and then study from them for exams.

I hope it's OK to mention the new software that could be useful once you need to get all your comments/annotations together.
I suggested that feature here, but it's probably only tangential to tracker so later I found a developer who created a small app that does what I requested, read here
