Firefox problem
After I installed version 2.0.0037, Firefox crashed whenever attempting to open a pdf file. So I upgraded to version 2.0.0037.2, which I thought was supposed to solve the problem. Firefox no longer crashes when opening a pdf file; instead it just displays a blank page. Even though I checked the "install Firefox plugin" when I installed 2.0.0037.2, I'm not convinced the plugin installed. What's its filename and where should it be located?

Re: Firefox problem
FireFox's plugin filename is npPDFXCviewNPPlugin.dll and when opening PDF inside browser is enabled, it should be located into plugins subfolder of Firefox base folder.

Re: Firefox problem
Thanks. It didn't end up in the Firefox folder when I installed PDF-XChange Viewer; it ended up in the PDF-XChange program folder.

Still a Firefox problem
OK. I copied the dll file into the Firefox plugins folder and the plugin worked fine. The problem now is that every time I close Firefox, npPDFXCviewNPPlugin.dll disappears from the plugins folder. Is there a way to permanently install it? (I did select "install Firefox plugin" when I installed PDF-XChange Viewer.)FireFox's plugin filename is npPDFXCviewNPPlugin.dll and when opening PDF inside browser is enabled, it should be located into plugins subfolder of Firefox base folder.

Re: Firefox problem
Did you turn on option "Display PDF in Browser" on "File Associations" of viewer's Preferences?
And please advise the version of FireFox you are using.
