Rendering of forms in acrobat reader created in Xchange SOLVED

Hi,

I've created a form in Xchange but the rendering is not the same when viewed in Reader (eg added background colour in text fields) but in other pdf viewers (eg sumatra) it renders as intended.

Is there a fix for this?

If there is a display error in only one of our competitors products, not all of them, it is likely an issue on their end, not our own.

I should first note that Version 8 is quite outdated however, so updating may be advisable.
Beyond that, if you can send a copy of the file, I can take a look in a few software alternatives here, and let you know if there is anything wrong with the file itself.

apologies, I think this was a user error problem!

After locking all the fields to read only it now displays correctly in AAR!
