Update is pointed to D Drive

I am trying to install the uppates to PDF Exchange Editor and PDF Exchange office. After downloading the update I get an error message "Out of Disk space --Volume "D" required space 560,836 KB, available space: 0 KB. Free some disk space and retry. Why isnt it downloading to the correct place. ?

Please check the installation path specified for the PDF-XChange Updater in the Windows Registry:

1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Enter `regedit` and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
3. Navigate to the following registry key:

`HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PDF-XChange\Updater`

4. In the right-hand pane, locate the InstallPath entry.
5. Check the path specified in the Data column.

Please let us know what path is specified there, or provide a screenshot showing the value.

Per RegEdit, the InstallPath is “C:\Program Files\PDF-XChange\Updater\”

Thanks for checking that.

The installation path specified in the registry appears to be correct, so the issue may be related to the location being used for temporary files during the update process.

Could you please do the following:

1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. Enter `%TEMP%` and press Enter.
3. Check the location of the folder that opens, and let us know what it says.
