URGENT:Key/developers codes do not work with the PXCView.DLL

The key/developer code that docu-track sent to me when I bought the package wont work with the pxcview.dll On the contrary, they work fine if I instantiate the ActiveX
My application is UNICODE
I use:
PXVDocument curDoc = NULL;
HRESULT hr = PXCV_Init(&curDoc,<my key>,<my developer code>);
if (IS_DS_FAILED(hr))
return FALSE;

( BTW, I have also alerted your John Verbeeten, but without answers in the last days )

What is wrong?

I have not received your previous emails - possibly due to some new anti spam controls that were put in place - that may previously have blocked it - these shoudl not have been fine tuned to allow your mail through.

Hi Ciro,

the serial number you have sent is specifically for the Viewer ActiveX only and not the Simple DLL version of the viewer - can you please advise your receipt number and I will check what you purchased and if entitled - provide a new 'PRO' version of the license which can be used for both products.
