You lack of some fonts, in your viewer it displayed using another font insteaded , so it appeared normal.
I have the font the pdf used, I think the reason is that your viewer can't handle the font the pdf used, so it's show almost blank in my pc.

Got the e-mail and am passing the font to our devs now.

I did install the font on my machine, but the file is still displaying correctly for me. If this is the right font that is needed by the PDF file (I asked the guys to check this) - then it should not matter whether I have other fonts like "microsoft yahei" so I didn't uninstall that one.

I am now awaiting further comments from the devs, and will update this topic with further news when they have the chance to investigate this.

how about change your systel locale to chinese RPC

I am currently using a locale other than English, and also did try to change that to Chinese - none of this had any effect on the way the file displays on my machine.

I have 480 Fonts installed so I do not believe listing them here is appropriate, but the problem on your end is most likely that the viewer is using a substitute font that is broken or incorrect.

One of our developers has requested in my conversation with him, to ask you whether you are willing to open a screen sharing session (e.g. via TeamViewer) so that he could check the problem at your end, as we are unable to reproduce it here.
