I was trying to save a file with the PDF XChange Viewer program when I got the error in the attached file. I checked the forums and I did not find any solution. I will be happy to get an answer.
Thanks for your looking into the problem.

Re: Invalid access code error
Hello obolorun,
It appears like our Viewer doesn't have the necessary permissions to save in that location. Looking at the drive letter (H:) - is this a storage card/ external drive? Maybe there is a switch on it that makes it read only, or if it's a network resource it's not currently available?
Please check that the drive is accessible - and you should have no problems saving to it from inside our Viewer. Or alternatively - save a copy of your file on your desktop - and then move it as necessary.
Best,
Stefan
