Multiple Errors on Convert to PDF in Word

Ive attached a PDF that contains the three dialogs I get. I also get the report to Microsoft dialog, which I have sent twice.
I actually got the same errors when trying to print create this document. The workaround was to take the default name - quickly.
It seems like if I need to browse somewhere and enter the name, it throws these errors if too much time has elapsed.
On my earlier document, the one that I was trying to use when the original errors occurred, is a larger (29 pages) document, with a TOC that I need to link to the document pages, and also includes a number of page size and orientation changes. Even though I am accepting the default name and file location, it is giving me these errors.
I am trying one other option - to turn on save to original folder and to not ask for filename. Sadly, that still did not work.

It seems there are some dll dependencies missing, which implies some files missing.
Please let me ask you:

• What version of PDF-XChange Standard are you using? Please make sure you are always using the latest version.

• Could you send us the .doc file you are trying to convert to support@pdf-xchange.com?

I sent the file and posted the version number. Which inspired me to check your download area for a newer version. We were .001 behind the current version, so after a download, reinstall and restart, the errors are gone.
