Attaching pages that have a link
I have noticed that when attaching pages that have a link, e.g. with border style "_____abc____", the visible link does not transfer. The link is still present, but the visible "_____abc_____" does not appear in the attached document. Other styles of links appear correctly, e.g. "__________", although I have not tried them all.
By attaching I mean having two separate documents both open and you drag one document into the other document. I have not tried the Document>Insert Pages.

Hello Thomas Simms,
Please make sure that you have the current latest build of our Viewer (2.5.205):
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/PDFXVwer.zip
As the problem you describe seems like one that I believe is already resolved.
If not - please provide us with a sample file with various links - so that we can see which of them are correctly transfered and which not at our end.
Best,
Stefan

Using version 2.5 (build 205.0) (Aug 14, 2012).
Two files are attached: am41--326 = file before merging, am65--325 after merging - the merged document is the second page.

Hi samoht,
Your problems looks like the one described by Michael_13 here:
https://forum.pdf-xchange.com/ ... 555#p61555
And we already have a ticket on that. Unfortunately this one has not yet been resolved.
I have added your details in the same ticket - so we will also post in this topic when that problem is resolved.
Best,
Stefan

Re: Attaching pages that have a link
Thanks Stefan. When I checked using help>check for updates using PDF-X Change Viewer I get "no new updates available". Currently using PDF-X change version 2.5 (build 208.0) Jan 19, 2013.
I downloaded 209 via link in your message and it installed properly.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for reporting this - do you remember if you used the .exe or .msi installer for build 208?
Best,
Stefan

Re: Attaching pages that have a link
208 was an automatic (ie, from within PDF X-change help>check for updates) install from PDF X-change so I really don't have an idea if it was msi or exe. Sorry I can't be more help.

Re: Attaching pages that have a link
Thanks Thomas,
if it worked from inside the Viewer - then you had build 207 (or earlier) installed from the .exe
We are now investigating why the automatic updater is not working for build 208->209.
Best,
Stefan
