Download to a new computer

I need to replace my computer. Can I re download the version of the software I already paid for on my new computer?

Welcome to our forums. Yes you can - as long as you uninstall from the old computer first.

Can you give the details of exactly how I do this. My new computer is microsoft 7home version operating system. the old computer is xp. I'm not sure yet but the hard drive that contains the PDF xchange program may be damaged to the point I can not uninstall it.

Hi Bill,

as long as you are not using the XP version that's fine. Just install it on the Win 7 machine and you are good to go.
