Hi,
PowerDesk has an inbuilt file viewer.
I can see pdf files in the viewer.
However, if I extract pages into a new pdf document via PDF-XChange, that extracted document cannot be viewed in PowerDesk as native format (only as ansi or hex).

Any ideas?

Hi Joe,

Can you please send us the PDF prior to extracting the pages you want and the extracted pages zipped up and sent to support@pdf-xchange.com so we can investigate the issue.

Hi Joe,

As per my email, I would suggest contacting PowerDesk for their thoughts on why the PDF won;t Display in their Viewer as the extracted pages appear to be valid and opens in both our Viewer as well as in Adobe Reader.

Please get back to us with Power Desk's findings on the matter.
