Bought software, watermark still there when I print to pdf

Bought software, watermark still there when I print to pdf
So I purchased your software but when I print to pdf from Microsoft office I still get the click to buy now watermarks. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and everything. Is there any sort of work around or a way to remedy this issue?

Hi Charles,
Thanks for the post and the question - please make sure that your license is correct for the product. For Version 5, the license should either begin with PXP50 or PXC50 and, for Version 4, it should be PXP40 or PXC40. If it is not either of these, then I'm afraid that your license isn't valid for the Standard print driver.
Also, do note that Version 4 keys will NOT work in Version 5 products (also known as 2012 products).

I initially read your post wrong, I thought that you were using the Office Add-in (comes with PDF-XChange Standard) - apologies for that. If you're using Lite (PDF-XChange Printer Lite 2012 / 4.0), then there should be no issues. If that's the case, please see the following KB article:

Your license is for the Viewer 'PRO' - this will unlock the 'PRO' features of both the Viewer and the Lite print driver. Is it the full Pro Bundle that you were looking for, which includes PDF-Tools, the Viewer and PDF-XChange Standard (our more robust print driver)? If so, then you can log in to your account, with the link below, select the "Upgrade Options" tab and upgrade to the Pro Bundle there - you will effectively be paying the difference in price (so what you would have paid initially).

Hi, I have a similar issue - watermark appearing when printing to PDF. It started happening after I re-installed software. I purchased a license to full PRO bundle 2 years ago. My license code starts with PXP40 and printer version is 5.0 (2012).
If the issue is me trying to use old key in new software, is there a way for me to get the old version?

Same issue. Purchased today. Tried on different documents, copy and pasted the code. Using PDExchage Pro.

I am facing the same issue. We have purchased a license for "PDF-XChange PRO SDK" under the impression that the viewer functionality is a part of it. Our license key starts with "PCS50". We are presently working against a deadline and would like to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

The license you have allows the use of the Viewer SDK, but it needs a separate license key. You need to date and sign pages 1,2 and 3 and fill in page 4 of the attached Viewer SDK License agreement and send it to sales@pdf-xchange.com and we will then respond back with the correct Viewer SDK key.
You can continue the development process in the mean time, and can enter the license key later just before the final compile.
