Since build 395, all image files loaded in the "Image To PDF" dialog show a file size of 0 bytes

Post by rakunavi »

Hello all,

I have noticed that in the "Image To PDF" dialog, which can be opened in one of the following ways, the size of all loaded image files is displayed as 0 bytes.

  • File Tab > New Document > From Images
  • Organize Tab > Insert > Insert Images
  • figure.png
This has been occurring since build 395 and continues to occur in build 396. It appears that all image files are displayed as 0 bytes, no matter what image format they are in.

Hoping that the above information will be of some help to you.
Thank you so much for your continued support.

Best regards,
rakunavi

Hello rakunavi,

Thank you for brining this to our attention.

I have verified that this seems to be the case with file size for image and I have forwarded it to the development teams.

Once I have more information I will update this post.
Best regards,
Jordan

Hello rakunavi,

I hope you are doing well.

I have created a ticket regarding this issue:

#7481 All image files loaded in the Image To PDF dialog show a file size of 0 bytes

When there is development on this issue we will update this post.
Best regards,
Jordan

Thank you, Jordan, for creating the ticket!

The "Convert Text Files to PDF" dialog, which can be opened in one of the following ways, also shows the size of all specified text files as 0 bytes.

  • File Tab > New Document > From Text
  • Organize Tab > Insert > Insert Text
  • figure.png
The cause is probably the same as RT#7481, but FYI.

Best regards,
rakunavi

Hello, rakunavi

Thank you for the report, I am running an internal test build today, and it looks like this is already addressed. It should be present in the next release!
