Crash when resuming from hibernate with documents open

I have just installed PDF-Tools and PDF-XChange Viewer to evaluate them. My main use is reading and commenting on journal papers, and I often have several documents open at the end of the day when I hibernate.

Both days since I have installed the viewer I have left documents open on hibernate. When I resume and try to switch back to the viewer it crashes. I don't know if this is unique to me, but just thought I would share in hopes that it is an easy fix!

Can you please advise what Version of Windows you are using ?

Also - if possible - can you please use the Viewer 'Help - Report a Problem' option as this provides additional and essential info about your system

Sure - I'm on XP Pro x64 SP2. I've also submitted a problem report in the way you suggest.
